● AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate; hosts are responsible for
verifying critical information.
● QHost is not liable for damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the
service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QHost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where QHost is registered.
Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts of that jurisdiction.
